Of course they will say "this number is NOT****igned", simply because it is not a Ca***ian number. The number is NOT 1-514-392-9122 it is +51 43 929122. I had a quick look at number after just missing a call and say "+51 4..." so I tought it was a Montréal number and I called back. I got a voice mail or answering ma****e speaking spanish. Did a litlle research and found out that 51 is the country number for Peru, 43 an actual area code and some region (like this one) only have 6digits in their phone number. I can't wait to receive my phone bill and see how my curiosity cost me :(

Scam...call the number back and you get a "this number is NOT****igned" message. CRTC should force carriers to disallow outgoing calls from unassigned numbers. Can you imagine all the criminal activity conducted using 1 way telephone numbers!

I got a call from this number on my work cell yes****ay at 9:38am ET, didn't answer. Today, at 10:41am ET, I got a call from the same number to my personal cell, didn't answer it. No vmsg in either case.

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number comes up Quebec. Google search says from Montreal.

This number belongs to telemarketers from Montreal Quebec Ca***a, a company called Omnitech Innovations. If you happen to pick up the call and realize it is a telemarketer apparently you can repeatedly push your # ****on on your phone and it will mess up the autocaller on the other end and you should not get any more calls from that specific number.
