The number i have been calling is 1-866-955-4109. Someone is paying these people to lie. You can hear it in their voice that they know they are just shutting you up. I was just on the phone tonight with a supervisor and i could hear children in the background. She told me her name was Andrea McDonald. I don't think i have ever heard anyone named McDonald with that accent!!! Can someone help me with these theiving s***?? E-mail [email protected]

I also ordered the Acai Bery "Free Trial". I paid the $3.95 shipping and handling. I called and made sure i told them i did not want any more of the product, just the free trial. I was billed from my account $40.00. FOR WHAT??I have called them at least 6 or 7 times and every time i have been put on hold for AT LEAST 45 minutes. One day i refused to **** up because i had been promised that i would get my refund in 2 to 3 days and i never got it. On that call i timed how long i waited and it was a total between the operator and the supervisor..2 hours and 23 minutes!!! I have never dealt with any business like this in my life. It's been almost 6 weeks and 6 promises of a refund and still THEY HAVE MY MONEY!!! I just got off the phone a***n and was promised 2 to 3 days. THEY ARE THEIVES!! I'm not giving up!!! I will go to their door if i have to!! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?????

I have had the same issue with Resvpure. I have called them at least 50 times and never an answer. I finally had to go to the bank and close my account. I ordered the trial sample on 6/16 on 6/21 they deducted 85.26 and also a***n on 7/17. I sent the one bottle back fed ex with a tracer. I don't know what to do next. My bank is filing a dispute a***nst them.

This happened to me to with Antiage resv...they charged me twice for one product. I only agreed to the free trial and only was suppose to pay shipping but they charged me twice. My credit card company thought it was su****ious so they shut it down and as of today my credit card company said they have been getting lots of complaints and there is an investigation going on. They steal from hard working Americans and they must go down. But they will answer to GOD one day too! They can't do this to hard working folks by stealing. I heard this company belongs to a maffia family?

the same problem happened to me.. they are charging me $40 and im not sure what it is for!!! i recently purchased the acai berry and colon cleanse but when the colon cleanse pills came, it came with a notice saying that i have to cancel within 30 days or somehting which i DID! but it still is charging me!!!

I cannot add anything about the phone number since I wasn't contacted by them. However, I have just now had dealings with XWHEAT and ran into similar cir***stances with additional charges for my "Risk-free" trial bottle. I originally paid $.99 to XWHEAT for shipping and then was billed by ANTIAGE RESV for $87.13. In order to fully understand their scam, you have to click the very small words "TERMS& CONDITIONS" at the bottom of their webpage which will then take you to another screen describing their sneaky little double-cross. Can you spell "unscrupulous cheats"?I ran into the same thing with RESVPURE, too. Identical modus operandi. Their final swindle costs $85.26. I ordered both products on the same day so I get to be ****d TWICE.

This is not the phone number I have, but yes I have been scammed too.  My "free" trial came with no notice what so ever about continuing to receive the product unless I call.  It wasn't until they sent me a third package that there was paper telling me that if I did not call within 13 days my credit card would be charged $89.  I then called immediately and they would not take a no for an answer.  Then they said they would send it to me for $69, then $49 and then another free trial, but next shippment would be $89.  I repeatly said NO to all and everything.  They gave me a cancellation number.  My credit card has $89.31 for Smart Nutrition in CA and $87.13 for XWheat in WA  The products came from Utah and Florida.

I am also filing the same complaint about this fake company called SWM Lab and another company called XWHEAT. Both of them advertised for Free trial for 30 day supply of Resveratrol for only $0.99 shipping charge. They call up asking questions to confirm this order and they talk very fast and they ask you to say "Yes" I ordered the 30 day Free trial. I thought so****ing was very strange and asked him the name and the address of the company but the person said they are just Customer Service and they did not supply any details. I called my credit card company and found out the phone number of the company that charged 99 cent shipping twice at this time and called those two numbers but ***ody answered the phone. We have to report this company to the government soon before we have any more victims.

I ordered resveratril with what I thought was a 14 day free trial for just S&H charges.  I received the package on 5/11 and was charged $87.13 on 5/20/09.  According to my math that is 9 days and not 14.  When I called to dispute the charges and have them reversed because it overdrew my account, I was told their company policy is 14 days after the order is placed.  I argued that you cannot trial a product until you have it in your hand but that didn't seem to register with them.  They said it is their company policy.  Naturally I could barely understand the people I spoked to as I made multiple calls.  I made a point of saying several times that "in the United States" this is how business is done, etc.  I was ignored of course.  Every time I called the person would just keep talking over me spouting their "company policy".  I asked to their mailing address which they refused to give me stating it was their policy not to provide that.  They said they needed my personal information a***n in order to look up my account and I told them they didn't need that, all I wanted was a mailing address.  They asked why - I replied I needed to mail so****ing and a***n was told it was not their policy.  I literally had to scream over one of them repeatedly saying cancel my order, cancel my order and he finally said I hear that, I will cancel it and gave me a confirmation number that it was canceled.  That remains to be seen.  I finally told them I was going through the Better Business Bureau and was told by them that they had to end this call and they ***g up (that happened to me a few times).  I recieved notification from the BBB that an investigation has been s****ed and they will advise me of the results.  I just wanted to return the product and make sure I am not charged a***n and a***n.  I'm scared to look at my bank account!!  Fool me once, shame on you, fool be twice, shame on me!!!  What was I thinking - I saw "Slumdog Millionaire"!!

This Indian group goes by several names and sends out scalped products.  How they get credit card and phone numbers is a mystery.  There are literally ***dreds of complaints.  I just received my 3rd month of unordered Resveretrol.  Sent the other 2 back at my expense ... trackable of course.  My credit card company is disputing all of these charges.  I finally got to talk to a person with a heavy accent and verbalized my feelings :( and the person did not acknowledge the information. Got another return number and now have to go to the PO and pay to return this order.  How can we stop these thieves?
