I was called by 713-481-0001 many, many times in the past 30-40 days now, including a call just a few minut5es ago. I am on the no call list, and have been for more than a year now. When I tried to call back, I got a busy signal, the faster beeping busy signal, but last week upon returning from an overseas vacation, i returned a call minutes after they called and left a voicemail, and the person who answered claimed that they were an answering service and that the company was closed that day (Friday) but they would be open the following day (Sa****ay)...That was obviously a lie, and I told them that I am on the no call list and if they called a***n, i would sue....Now I want to have the information on who these people are, if anyone can tell me, email me at [email protected]

Received phone call, did not recognize the number.  Left a message.  No company name , but requested me to press 1 or 2 ...1 if I wanted more information on weight lose products  2 if I did not want to proceed.   I am on the no call list.  I guess this does not matter to scammers.

I have reported them to the CRTC...they tell me that there is presently an investigation and police charges pending. Report them to CRTC and phone busters, the more complaints the quicker they will be shut down.I have put their head office phone number 1-866-482-7711 on my s***d dial and whenever bored I dial it non stop and harass their people or just sit and gladly wait on hold and ignore for a while and call back over and over as it costs them money every time you call on their toll free line....juvenille I know but it makes me feel better and it is proving to be very interesting entertainment when bored bouncing around their various departments and wasting their time

Yep - got the same call - asking so****ing about wanting to loose weight - it was a recorded message - filed a complaint with the do not call list - but a lot of good that will do.  I am in Edmonton.

With the latest T-Mobile incident (nothing new) our private info, we know, often gets given to others.At least it wasn't that annoying "ship's horn" message!

Received call in Calgary, I don't answer any numbers I don't know, any bona fide  calls can leave a msg.

Was out when they called. They left a recorded message (not a real human) on my voicemail asking if I know anyone who wants to lose weight. As I"m registered on the government AND CDMA do-not=call lists, these people are breaking the law.

An 'agent' from this company called and I couldn't quite hear what he was offering due to background noise.  I asked him to repeat himself twice.  When I heard him and told him I was not interested, he began too lecture me about how someone from my house was interested and that's how he got my number.  He went on about so****ing else where I asked him to repeat himself a***n at which time he told me to "tell your kid to shut the f@#k up".  Are these guys the biggest losers that has ever existed!?!  What desperate low-life peice of garbage exists to do this job and then say so****ing like that.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised that all this company can get is the s*** s****pers of society.

I signed up on the dnc site when it opened up. I don't believe we have had anything to do with them in the past.

Some people are saying that since it is "Market Research" It's a loophole to get through, they call about a survey, so even if you're on the DNCL it doesn't matter.They called me today at 11:30am, and I'm on the dncl too

I am registered on the 'National Do NOT Call List' however this number has just recently s****ed calling several times a day. Ususally just dead air when you answer it. How do I make a formal complaint about it???

Was called today and I was on the other line. Did not answer as I have call display and knew no one from this area code (quebec). Do not answer the phone when you see this number OR as Andy Rooney suggested answer the phone, wait for the person to come on, then after they ask to talk to you or homeowner say one moment nd set the phone down. After you here the beep beep beep when they've ***g up you can **** up. It's their long distance bill!!!

Think it is a tellemarketer firm out of QC.. I am on a no call list but they still call every day.. there should be penalties for these people and business .. maybe ban them from even getting any telephone service for a few years since they ignor the rules and think they are above the law..

I was just called by this number. It was a robo call asking me to complete a telephone survey for some type of weight loss product. I have filled out a do not call complaint with the CRTC as my phone number is registered.

I received this ****** call too, with a recording, and no company name, and no option to reach their customer service to launch the complaint with them. I have reported them to the DNCL complaint area noted above, and suggest anyone else that gets a call from them do the same. If there are enough complaints to the crtc, they will do so****ing about it, strength in numbers.

contact your telephone service provider (in writing - email is fine) and give them the details and they can contact them and put a stop to these calls. if your provider tries to refuse your reasonable request (since you are on the do-not-call list) then you tell them that you will lodge a complaint with CRTC, if they still want to refuse, then contact the CRTC (in writing-email a***n is fine) including ALL the details of your contact (names etc..) with your provider and you will get satisfaction within 72 hours (typically) the hardeest thing that you have to do is track down the relevant email addresses for your provider and/or CRTC.  NOTE: often providers have online customer service which restrict you to reporting via a web-based form only (CRTC too) but they ask for your email address and they will respond to you via email so you can keep a copy for future (should you need it)  This ****od works in 95%+ cases especially if you're on the do-not-call list. be smart, fight the s*** with the tools we all possess.

I have told these people I was not interested and not to call a***n, they continue to do so. What I do now is tell them I have to put them one hold because another call is comming in and just leave them there.
