HEY THIS IS DAVIDI REALLY THANKS TO HYDRO POWER TO SEND ME THIS DEVICE NOW I AM SAVING 20 PERCENT OF MY BILL
If you get a call from 'hydro energy saver' and they want to sell you the product for $200 DO NOT RESPOND. Without your permission they send you the product to the local post office and harass you, wanting you to go pay for the item. They call you constantly so make sure you DO NOT communicate with them. They say they're calling from NSW and that they have a Sydney based office in Fairfield. If you **** up on them they constantly call back and s**** using incredibly abusive language. ITS A SCAM, BEWARE!!!!!!!!
did you eventually get rid of them?we're having the same problem where they have sent them and we are refusing to pick them up.do they eventually stop calling?
Just got a call from Hydro Bill Saver, I asked them a bunch of questions as they transfer me to more than two persons because the first one cannot answer my simple question, this is another scam. Beware.
Hey, Got a same call from Power saver company the person trying to sell me the device Frank-woodi got this device now i"ve already saved a lot of money thanks to this guy who called me and educate me to solve the high unusual hydro billing problem.Joe Garcia
I got a call from a person ( heavy indian accent as well) in Australia dishing out these hydro energy saving device for a AU$200 refundable deposit. They claim that to be working with the Australian Energy Marketing Commission. When checked with AEMC, they informed me many other concerned residents have queried this as well, and the AEMC has no dealings with the company only known as Hydro Energy Saver. Why is a German product now a company name for these people? Seems SHIFTY!!! On their website there is no ABN, etc. When this Guy who calls himself Shaun Miller (Indian???) phoned he insisted on sending this device to me which I did not want. He did send the device which I refused to pick up from Aus Post. I also spoke to his so called supervisor, "Michael" and told him that he and his company are liars and want them to stop calling, unfortunately these nit-wits continued to call & now are resorting to use of ****** language and calls at odd hours of the morning. This so called company is situated in Sydney and their telephone number is +61 2 9191 7448. Sneakily enough, this number has been removed from their website.THIS IS A SCAM - RUN BY PEOPLE OF ILL REPUTE.BEWARE.
Got a call this Sunday morning.Strong indian accent and claiming I was probably paying way more for electricity than I should but I could get their produc**** was smelling like a scam so asked him politely to remove me from his calling list to which he responded No! and continued his spiel. At that point I told him that a real business would do as I had asked, that only a scam artist would not want to remove me from the list... and I ***g up.I am an engineer. In industry where they are billed for 'Demand', it is possible to add capacitors at the electrical entrance to reduce the high "peaks" of current as motors for instance are s****ed, thus reducing 'Demand' and the corresponding power bill.In domestic households this is not an issue and we are not billed for demand. The only way to save on your power bill is to consume less electricity by turning off appliances or using more energy efficient appliances. Or consume electricity it in periods where the rates are lower (in jurisdictions where this is possible).Don't send money to these scammers. Inform you elders that may be fooled with technological mumbo jumbo.
And are you saving any $$$ on your hydro bill.

Received about 10 phone calls from a company called "Hydro Energy Saver" claiming that I was part of a Federal grant to receive an energy savings device. The person on the phone (heavy Indian accent) also said that they were approved by "Ontario Hydro" (Don't even think there is a company with that name). Ask was $135 COD for the device with lifetime guarantee and a 90-day return policy. The "customer service" number is 514 907 7469 and gave me the same "order number" they give everyone. Clearly a scam, make sure you are definitive because they s**** passing the call around to a bunch of people claiming to be the "supervisors".
Be careful what you say sir. Hydro Quebec has confirmed that there is no such device on the market.
