Who Called: Claims to be IRS

unknown number left message that "the Tax Crime Investigation Unit of the IRS has warrant for your arrest and both you and your property are being watched. It is important that we contact you before taking further legal action." I reported them to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
