Leave a CommentI always check this site before I answer or return any calls from numbers I don't recognize. This number showed up on caller id, but no message left... I will report any future calls.
It is Wells Fargo, they charged off the account, and are now taking me to court! With no job and none in sight, they want their money after repeatedly telling them that I was told by my financial councelors only to pay for housing and auto related expences! None of my credit cards get anything! I am glad that I have a caller ID box!
they call all times of the day, every day. they need to stop!
calls up 10 times a day. No message left. Began at 0820h now 3PM already calles 4 times
This is a collection service for a credit card, probably Wells Fargo. They call every 1/2 to hour all day long, and even on Sunday!
This outfit (515-221-6391) calls 16 hours a day constantly. If I did not answer once what makes them think I will answer in 2 minutes?
Collection agency, in Flagstaff AZ. ****s, told the guy we were workign directly with Bank of America, was a total ****United Recovery- ghosted a Flagstaff number but is in houston.
Crazy Wellsfargo keeps calling the house even after repe***ive request to stop calling as no one in the household as a Wellsfargo account. What can we do to sue them?
What can we do to stop them from calling?
If they don't leave a message, why do they even bother to call???
They have an automatic dialer. it basically runs through the number list it's fed and calls and calls and calls until someone picks up, and until the account is paid.
they call every day even though we say the person they want is not there.
TiaWes-They can't "harrass", and they have to call during certain hours. So calling and doing nothing, during allowed hours, can't really be called "harrassing". Persistent pinheads such as this are easily rattled, so if you want to create some movement in the situation take the calls, record them, and do your best to **** them off. If you can get them to swear, or threaten, you add to your arsonal if this ever becomes a legal matter. Collectors calling is really an opportunity to build "dirt" on them, and a waste of both thier and your time- really no legal bearing. You have no obligation to talk to them verbally and it rarely****ists you to do so but if you do- make it fun for both parties! Bear in mind the average collector has an IQ of about 15- that is why they do collections and don't have a real job- like "sales" or so****ing.
Confirmed- Wells Fargo - you know the drill...
Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering ma****e. I don't know if there is some law or so****ing but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIAWes
they call me three fourtimes in an hour...........
contiues calls to former resident of household
card services

Number in Question: 515-221-6391 I answer the phone, say, "Hello", and wait. There is never a response, and finally it goes into a busy signal. Now I just don't answer the phone anymore, and yet, they never leave any voice messages! I don't mind answering a call, even if it is a bill collector, but what are ya gonna do when no one ever answers? Allegedly, it's Wells Fargo, but ***? Why would they make prank phone calls??? Either way, the calls come everyday, all day long, and never end. Seriously, how does someone handle this kind of situation??? Grrrrr!!! Sincerely Frustrated ~ME
keep on calling the house early in the morning... don tknow how to stop it
They called every 15 minutes last night. I finally turned on my fax ma****e and the call suddenly stopped!!!
