Received a text today telling us that our son is being served with "papers". His name was misspelled and text was unprofessional.

this number claims to be a process server and needs to verify you are home to serve papers on you and when asked she give a law firm named Adams law firm... and a file number... when calling the law firm's suppose number the girl who answers ask for your file number and can let you know all your info within sec. like she just spoke to the girl who called you first... she also puts you on hold and claims to speak with another attorney on another line but by not giving the process server a definate answer when she can send someone by to serve the papers I suspect she is checking in with each other.... they are asking for over a thousand dollars to stay out of court and claim they 100 % proof you are guilty.... fishy acting on their part...
