9/16 Received a call from a Paul ****son/Jackson who stated that I was being found for financial fraud. This guy knew the last 4 digits of my social and my address. When I called the number they told me that I had applied for a payday loan over a year ago and that the funds were unable to go through due to my account being closed. First they said that I received the funds. The story kept c****ing. They told me that I could pay by phone and it would be debited from my account or I could just get the legal packet sent to my address. I reviewed my bank account and knew that no transaction had occured on my account then I called the number back and said that they could just send me the legal packet because I knew they were lying. They were really rude to me on the phone, telling me that the reason this was happening was because I already had bad credit and other words. It is now 12/8/10 and have not yet received any legal packet in the mail. THIS IS A SCAM.
