This is the inbound voicemail service center for many AT&T users. Not just in Iowa. Everyone' who has voicemail has their calls set to forward to this (or another, maybe 7088280220 for example) I encounter this number all the time with America Movil (i.e. tracfone, net10, safelink, etc etc)

My cell phone calls etc are being forwarded to this number UNAUTHORIZED
