Called me before 8:00 AM and ***g up when I answered. They call repeatedly and ask really personal questions when they call. They fail to identify themselves most of the time. Their number often appears as "Unknown". There are many complaints about this company.
They call everyday. They don't or won't leave message when no one is home.
Called twice today. First from

You all need to look at the Fair credit reporting act. It will state exactly what a collection company can and can't do. One thing is that they can not call you multiple times per day, if they have left a message that is. There are laws in place to protect the consumer. I got this call 2x this morning...no message or anything...I am 2 days late on a payment....2 days...give me a break....
continue to call and not leave message
call evening and night, no message left.

Called stating they were Wells Fargo Financial about my account. Left message. I called the number and they wanted me to verify information, which I did not give. I only told them the cell phone number that they called. I called my bank, and they don't have my cell phone on their files. My bank said it was a case of FRAUD, iden***y theft!
When Can Debt Collectors Call The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is the Federal law that says what debt collectors can and can't do. For s****ers, they aren't to call you about a debt that you don't owe. When a debt collector first contacts you about a debt, you have the right to request them to verify the debt is yours. If the debt collector can't come back with proof that you owe the debt, they're not allowed to contact you anymore. Make Debt Collectors Prove You Owe Even without sending a validation request, debt collectors have certain rules they must follow when it comes to contacting you over the phone. For example, they can't call you before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. your local time. They can't call you repeatedly, and they can't call you at anytime you've previously stated is inconvenient. For specific situations timing of debt collector calls check out When Can Debt Collectors Call. Stop Debt Collection Calls There's no law that says you have to communicate with a debt collector by phone. If you **** up on a debt collector there is nothing they can do about it. But, if the collector continues to call you repeatedly even after you have ***g up on them, they are in violation of the FDCPA. All you have to do to stop debt collectors from calling you is tell them that you prefer to communicate with them in writing. Written communication works in your favor because it gives you a record of everything that is said. If the debt collector violate the FDCPA, you have hard evidence that could lead to a lawsuit in your favor. Keep in mind that, by law, the debt collector does not have to honor this request. The surest way to stop debt collectors from calling you is by sending what is known as a cease and desist letter. In the letter, state that the collector should cease and desist further communication with you. Note that the cease and desist letter only applies to debt collectors, not the original creditor. What Happens After the Cease and Desist Once the collection agency receives your cease and desist letter they can communicate with you once more, via mail, letting you know one of three things: that further efforts to collect the debt are terminated, that certain actions may be taken by the debt collector, or that the debt collector is definitely going to take certain actions. When you send the cease and desist letter to the debt collector, send it via certified mail with return receipt requested. This will provide proof that the letter was sent and received. If the debt collector communicates with you beyond the single instance allowed by law, this evidence will allow you to seek punitive action a***nst the debt collector.
COAST DENTAL - DON'T EVER GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THESE PEOPLE!They call 6 times a day plus weekends set to automatic dialer. Call Mon-Fri, tell them you're moving out of state, applied for unemployment, waiting on decision, tell them you have no phone after a certain day and next time they call, just tell them you are not that person they're asking for. I tried legally to get them to stop. Doesn't work for me so from now on, they will be lied to because I just don't care....they don't. They love it for you to be late. That's how theses people survive...on LATE FEES. Best thing to do it talk to someone though. You ignore them, they call more.
Constantly calling me daily and not leaving a message.
I've received calls from them about 30 times in the past week. We finally found Wells Fargo ourselves and they confirmed it was not them calling. The number 515-331-9421 is a scam. They recommended filing a report with your local police department.
This number has called my department phone # at work. Recording says so****ing unintelligible in the beginning, then says it's important and that all representatives are busy. And please hold for a representative. I ***g up the first time and didn't answer the 2nd time. If this is Wells Fargo as has been suggested I have never had an account with them and don't want one.
Came into my work phone number which is used by the whole department. Was a recording saying this wasn't a sales call, that it was an important matter and that all representatives were busy. It asked me to please hold. Then someone came on the line and I ***g up on them.

Same as the rest, calls several times a day but never leaves a message.
Numerous times during the day, this number calls my home and is using up all my message ****e. When I answer the phone, I'm told it's not a sales call, but since all agents are busy they want me to hold for very important info. If it's so important, shouldn't a free agent make the call? It is so annoying because it is every few hours.
Calls several times daily, but no message left. Every time identify him/herself from different company.
