I have a new cell phone and was trying to lay off using it to accrue enough rollover to where time wouldn't be much of a bother in the future. This number kept popping up with charges a***nst me time.I caught it once and told them not to ever call it a***n. They were a publishing house. This **** should be a***nst the law now that everybody has a variety of call plans and purposes for their different phones.
On the DO NOT CALL list, number called but not courteous enough to leave a message...instead just keep calling at incovenient times.
The guy said it is Oxmoor House publishing. This is the magazine "Southern Living" and "Cooking Light". Their magazines are going down the ****per and they are trying to drum up business by selling cookbooks.
When I called the number back, I got Oxmoore House (cookbooks?). I said I wanted "off" whatever calling list I was on, they took my number and said they would do so. We'll see; won't hold my breath though...
I recieved a numerous call at diferent times of the day.
Got a call from this number and was a little s****led because I actually work for EDS (purchased by Hewlett Packard a couple of years ago), so I figured it was a work emergency. Now that I see it's not actually a work number and just a telemarketer, I can ignore it in good conscience.
I get several calls per week from this number 1-515-362-8909. I am on the No Call list. Does anyone have an idea as to who this party is??
Received a call from 515-362-8909 with no message left. Caller ID calles it EDS. I have an unlisted/unpublished number on the national do not call list. Called the number back from a different caller ID blocked phone and learned that this is Oxmore House, the publisher for Southern Living Magazine.
calls 2 or 3 times a day.
Keeps calling, never anyone on other end. Never leave a message. Just continues to call for weeks on end.. Daily! Im sick of this. Im on do not call list also. If I bugged someone this badly I am sure so****ing would be done... why can they get away with this... someone must know where this number comes from
Keeps calling and we are on the PA do not call list!
I called back and was told it's a telemarketing outfit for Oxmoor House telling about new products. The Oxmoor House guy explained that even if you're on the do-not- call list and you've done business w/them in the past 6 months you're automatically put back on the call list so they can update you on new products--yi***! He said it is an unfortunate loop-hole in the law. If you're getting ***g up on, it's probably because telemarketers call lots of numbers simultaneously and w***ver answers first is the lucky winner to get the "update" and the rest of the calls are cut off automatically. But not to worry--they'll most likely call a***n real soon.
I am on the do not call registry yet get a call from this number almost every day. They never leave a voice mail
