They call several times a day taking me away from my business to answer the phone, and no one is there! You cannot ring them back--there is no response on that phone. I hope that one day we can stop those aggrevating nuisance calls.

I receive a few calls a day from this company. There is no way to call back and get the same representative on the phone, so they are rude and arrogant. Would like the calls to stop.

They call and offer magazine suscriptions and read off your credit card number.. okay first off, how did they get my card number. thank god it was my old card :P Then they call about an order you placed when i told them NO to begin with and continue to call everyday for a while. then theyll stop.. and s**** back up after a certian amount of time. isnt it illegal for companies to have your card number? and information when you didnt give it to them?????

This number has been calling me about 8 times a day for a week. i answer and no one is there, I call back and it just rings and rings with no answer

This number called me claiming that I won a $1,000 online shopping spree. The girl then offered me a bunch of different magazines(GQ, Details, Men's Helath, Men's Fitness, and couple others) and said that I would just have to pay a small fee per month which added up to about $19.99 per month for all magazine. I told her that I would like to defer and she asked me why. I said that I do not want the magazines and will not read them. She then said that she wanted to transfer me to someone else to give me another offer "just for taking the time to listen to her." She then transferred me to a lady name Sue, and Sue offered me the $1,000 online shopping card but that I only needed to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling on a free trial membership package. I told her that I don't give my card number over the phone. She then went on to say that she understands and that they would not risk compromising my card over a measley $4.95 charge and that I could call the credit card company and dispute the charge if anything was wrong. After this she asked me to go ahead and give her my card number when I am ready. I told her I would call back at a later time. The number she provided me with to call her back was 1-800-701-9127. I never called back.

These people are calling my cell phone 3 and 4 times a day. I have told them many times very politely that I am not interested and they continue to call back. They are tring to sell me magazines and don't take no for an answer. This has clearly become harassment.

Its some sort or service. I called them back and told them to take my number offtheir service. I just did it a few moments ago so I don't know if they really did.

I don't know these people so don't call me.

when i returned the call it was a lady who answered , i said someone called me from this number she said what is your number and i could tell you what the call was about when i repeated my number she asked if my name was Katherine when i said no she ***g up the phone

Someone from EXPRESS INFO. listed as 515-369-5703 called & stated they were a magazine subscription firm, giving away $600.00 gift cards for food & fuel. They wanted to know my birth year, the place I was born, etc. When I refused to give them any of my personal information over the telephone, they ***g up. This same company has called under many different company names, and appears to be connected to a scam sear****g for personal information from people for fraudulent purposes. These people need to be stopped, prior to doing harm to committing ID Theft, or fraud a***nst anyone receiving these calls.

This guys call and pretend to be the Soap Opera Digest Magazine... they ask if I am getting my magazine.If  you explain you are having a problem they offer to help but never do anything or follow-up.They then tell you how much they can save you if you renew with them.I never purchased  the ma***ne through them... they are just scamming, trying to sell me over priced magazine.When I asked what company they are with... they replied - Express Info

this number called me and asked if he had called my number and repeated it back to me corredtly. Then I said yes and before i could even finish speaking he s****ed insulting me and ***g up before i could reply.

Caller ID says Express Info.number 515-369-5703.... Answered on first ring, Asian Indian or ****stani, said calling to see if you have any complaints about magazine deliveries. Before I could finish asking "which magazine" he ***g up.

This number keeps calling me. Tells me to hold for the next available representative and I hold for 10 minutes. No one comes to the line. I have been called countless times on my cell phone. They wont give up.

This number- 515/369/5703 keeps calling my phone.  If you answer, no one speaks to you.  If you call back you will get one of the following:  1. Busy Signal.  2.  A pre-recorded message stating someone will be right with you, and then silence, I finally gave up after waiting 6 minutes. OR 3.  A message saying the number is disconnected.  I have no idea who it is, but it's really annoying the **** out of me.

This number just called me and it was Express Magazines.. they are an annoying company that wants you to subscribe to magazine through them. Gonna call them back to make sure they dont call me anymore.

After receiving numerous calls to my cell phone from this number, I filed a complaint with the FTC.  I have never spoken to anyone, but when I called it back, an answering ma****e said it was "Express Information..."Everyone needs to file a complaint at www.ftc.gov!!

They keep calling and wasting my minutes. And when i call back, the line is busy. Now Im not made of money and I can't keep replacing my minutes that they use up. Please do so****ing to stop them

I keep receiving a call from this number 2 or 3 times a day for the past week.  It rings twice and then disconnects.

They Keep CAlling my phone asking for my 14 year old brother, when i ask what its concerning they **** up i call back, but a ma****e picks up and says that all lines are busy and keep on hold for a while i ***g up the last time after i stayed on hold for about 15 min. ****** punks they should get a real job and stop harrasing me and my mother, because she is also reciving phone calls like this as well as text messages about my FOURTEEN year old brother

Express Info is what the Caller ID shows---I have no idea who they are/what they want. They have made several calls over the last few days to several people I know in this area.

Leaves no mess. on Ans. Mach. If ma****e doesn't pick up they **** up after 3rd ring.

Got a similar call just today and I phoned it back, and reached an answering ma****e saying "This is Debbie Briggs....."  It is a sales call from Express Info and they want to sell you magazine subscripions.

They called once and ***g up.  Then they called back about 20 mins later and told me they were a company called direct express and i won $1000 shopping spree from magazines i ordered up to 10 years ago and all i had to do was order more.  I unpolitely declined and asked for the mass callings to stop.  I got a call earlier in the day about magazines as well and i dont know if they were related.  Not only have i never heard of this company i have only had this line a little over a year and never had any magazines in this time
