Spammer, fax tone, no message

Number was in local area code, but did not answer. They did not leave message. Called back later and got a fax-like tone.

Answered after 2nd ring with no response. Said*****o a***n and lost the call.

Called, I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. They left no message

No message left. I called back as expecting phone call from a local business. I heard a screech electronic sound and said this was a test-so I ***g up.
