So, this guy just calls. Male with heavy Indian accent, allegedly named David, claimed to be with Microsoft tech support. He advised my computer was downloading all kinds of stuff it shouldn't be. I asked his name a***n, then his employee ID. He gave me one. My called ID showed it to be an Ames, IA number. As he kept talking, I stopped him and asked for a callback number since I wasn't aware of a Microsoft support center in Ames. He provided an area code 802 number (which goes to some random guy in Wilmington). I asked him to hold for one second, and he asked what I was going to do with the number. So, I told him I was verifying his information since I didn't believe he was Microsoft tech support. At that point, he began verbally threatening me, saying how I was being an**** and that he was going to **** my wife (I'm not married), beat me, and leave me in a ditch. He just kept saying it, and I just s****ed laughing at him. That seemed to anger him further to the point he was tripping up on words. He finally ***g up.
