a indian man from this # has called and left threatning messages on my personal voice mail. He is telling me i owe $$$ that i am sure that i do not ! he said his name is mark murphy???? sure it is. he said he is going to have me aressted and extradited to california where i will have to pay 6-9 thousand dollars to get out of trouble. this is the same this was was on the channel 4 news i team report in tenn. do not fall for this scam, after they realize your not ****** or falling for it the will curse at you and **** up....real professionals

Wow, I am so amazed at these people! They called and said that they would be picking me up from work, and taking me to court. Funny, they could not provide me with any do***entation. Said they were from CashnetUSA, which I did have a loan through. When I called them, they said it was a scam and of course my balance was paid in full!! I'm now in touch with their fraud department...

they also use another number 512-522-0948 saying they are with morgan and****ociates with american names and heavy india accents. stating they are suing us over 8k for a payday loan of 744 they have all our info with my husbands social and our bank info but we did not take out a loan it is illegal for military to take out pay day loans and their dependants.threatened they were filing a criminal suit from the legal affidavit they received from ez cash advance online and gave me an account number, however mind you this place does not do payday loans they match you with a lender. the called my husband a mother f er and were rude to me when I asked for more information because we knew nothing about it and they yelled at me saying I could send them a paper with everything they requested including a copy of mine and my husbands id and an affidavit and signature from me stating I would make 2 payments to them and this would not go to court. this evening tried to call back and it states the number is disconnected.

How old are you and where did you learn how to spell?  This is a scam.  They have been calling me for months and using s**** cards to hide there true phone #.  They use American names and have never provided proof of anything.

They called me, he wouldn't tell me his name or reason of calling except that it was a lawsuit matter. He had an Eastern Indian accent and his accent was so heavy I could hardly understand what he was saying. But one thing I did catch (after making him repeat it a couple times) was if I didn't report by Monday I would be thrown in jail.

I got a called from someone named Ofcr. Devin McCoy and this man has an East Indian accent too.  But, the number on my cell phone showed "0000" and he said that he was from Fraud and Investigation and that I was being send to court because I owe CashNet money and that I need to pay $4500 loan or I go to court.  This is Definately FRAUD!!!  PLease don't let him bully you!!!!!

This number has called 5 times in the past 30 minutes. I finally picked up the last time. They are supposedly "Morgan and****ociates". the man has an East Indian accent claiming to be Ofcr. David McCoy and he has my personal info!!! Stating that I took out a loan from CashNetUSA and never repayed! This is definately fraud! Telling me that I must repay the $750 loan or go to court. I HAVE NEVER heard of cashnetusa! I did, however, take out a loan from another company which I repaid!! Don't let them bully you!
