Thank you thank you for that...yeah they call my business all the time,sayingthe same thing, wasting our time, being rude, lying, just taking up my time at work...its a prank call, they try to irritate you....and i was like, "i know your lying, please quit calling, go find somebody else to call and bother..."im going to have them blocked from my phone

A gentlemen just called from 516-586-6192 askin to speak to the maintenance supervisor.  When I asked what I could do from him as I was the property manager, he said he wanted to report a messed up toilet.  I replied with "what is the issue with this toilet?" He then said he "wanted to report a major freaking water leak."  He then proceeded to tell me that he and his son were walking by and we must have a  huge sewer leak because it was everywhere.  I asked several times where this "leak" was and all he could say was along the road by some pole.  He then said that he was just trying to do me a favor and report a leak.  This happens to be the same company that sent us "sewer solve" when we hadn't ordered it and when I attempted to return it, it was "non-returnable".  Needless to say that invoice was "lost".

New Number is 516-586-6190...very RUDE ppl. Called saying that our last maintenance guy ordered so****ing in november but the UPS truck wrecked and the package was damaged. He called 20x in 2 days trying to get my name and managers name. and i wouldnt give it to him and he ***g up on me. i called him back and told him that if he wanted to call us a***n then he would have a complaint with the credit bureau and charges filed a***nst him for fraud. he has not called back since!
