This number called me twice and left one voicemail. The person left a message claiming to be an officer of the United States bureau of investigation department. The man had a thick foreign accent. I could here someone over a loud speaker in the background, and the man never finished his message, he just ***g up.

The person in a heavy foreign accent asking for my wife in regards to her sister...They want her to call them at this # and refuse to give any other information ...
