Same results as others here. 100% scam they are phishing for your info don't fall for it.

My son and I both got text messages stating that we needed to call this number immediately regarding Wells Fargo account. I don't have an account there. Be careful

This was the text: (BankOfAmerica-ImportantNotification) Please Call: 516 302 1002 Your Attention Is Requested. I called and an automated voice said my security had been compromised. Then I was immediately asked for my Social Security #, which sounded very fishy so I ***g up.

text said "AdirondakRegionalFCU"... same **** as below.

i received a text that said: Compass Bank- important notification Please Call: 516-302-1002 your attention is requested. I will not call, must be spam.

Text said "(AdirondackRegionalFCU-ImportantNotification) Please Call: 515 302 1002 Your Attention is Requested. Said that due to an security error my "credit card" limit was reduced, call to reactivate. I dont one a single credit card. There should be a way of reporting these people

I too got a text indicating it was from Adirondack Regional Credit Union and to call the number 516-302-1002. It definitely seems like a scam to me! I don't have accounts with the credit union, and if the number is used for other banks too - it definitely is not legit.

Got a text that said wells Fargo then called the number and it said bank of America. I don't have either bank. It's a scam beware it asks for your social security number.

I just got a text from 916-539-55 (that is the entire number), it said to call 516-302-1002 and that it is from Bank of America. I do not have any accounts with BofA!

both my mom and i got a text. it said it was from wells fargo and neither of us use wells. i am 100% sure that if there was some issue with our bank accounts, an actual person would call and leave a message. my bank phone stalked me when i wouldnt answer their calls (about credit card fraud) and in their voice mail they said to call the number on the back of your card. if you are concerned about these type of messages i suggest that you call the number on the back of your card. NOT the phone numbers listed in the texts or voice mails.
