I just answered my phone, identifying myself, as is my custom when I don't recognize the name or number on the caller ID, which read: John Kendall 516-370-4176. (Nassau County, Long Island, New York) After a long pause, a guy with a thick foreign accent says "hello?" I replied "You called me! Why?" He then mustered up in a stuttering voice "Sir, I am from Windows technical support..." upon which I told him that I know better than that, and I'd forward the call to the police, and ***g up.
