(516) 417-5935

This is a fax spammer.  It came in on my fax line, which shows caller ID.  In this case, it was a junk fax from yellowpage-california.com. Their fax number (on the solicitation) is 866 600-5052, and their website is yellowpublishing.com.  This is a completely illegal junk fax.

This sort of business & the people that operate them should be fined into oblivion and locked in a room with a non-stop beeping fax sound for a year. My ***her is 90 yrs. old, has trouble just picking up the phone. This number tries to fax him OFTEN. Sometimes in middle of night - he gets up to answer because he's worried it's a family emergency call. Thanks, Republican de-regulators, for making this legal, or at least possible without actual penalty. (My ID of caller co. comes solely from Googling.)

Well, found a number for Eureka Telecom, saw the name in one of the other posts and thought I'd check that out since I've called everyplace else with no success.....(212.404.5000) called them to find that Broadview Networks bought Eureka??? I spoke with a very nice woman who transferred me to someone who she thought could help. I left him a message- if it turns out he can help stop these calls I will post the info ASAP.

I have been all over the internet trying to find out who is making these calls from 516-417-5935. The latest two I got were last night at 2:35 and 3:10 in the morning! I did the reverse look up, came up with Broadwing Communications, then was referred to level3.com,(877.453.8353) who told me when I called them that I needed to call Broadview Networks- they "owned" the number. I called Broadview Networks at 800.276.2384 and got some woman who proceeded to tell me when I explained the situation that she could not give me any information. They just "provide services" for the company who belongs to that number...she would not take my information and contact them either. She suggested I try the internet to do a search. Um,*****o- is there anyone home, that's how I got to you!  She just kept saying that since I was not "on that account" she could not give me any information about the account.  So close......yet sooooo far away. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor also.

Where did you find this fax number? Wondering how to be sure it's the same company?

This number (516) 417-5935 keeps calling and then ****s up!  It says "New York Call" on caller ID.  It beeps like a fax if you pick up, but no fax was sent????Who are these people and what are they advertising?  How can I get then to stop?

Me too...got 2 calls at 3:14 am, and filed FCC complaint. They wrote me back saying they can't help me. Nice.This morning I got the call at 5:50 am. I don't know how to stop this!!!

Yes, we received fax-beep tone too from +51***75935 in Europe March 11th  2010 14:45 local time Zürich.

I get calls from 516-417-5935 in the middle of the night also.  Same thing that the rest of you guys are getting.

Yes. same thing for me..I tried to fax them to stop from work and the return number isnt good, anybody have a idea what the name of the company is, or a correct fax number to send them a message...or do what I've done...harass them!!!

This FAX called my number twice within 10 minutes.  I'm on National Do-Not-Call list.  Some research showed Broadway Communications, LLC - NY is owner in Nassau Zone 5, NY or Garden City Park, NY.  I actively go after these companies that autodial our number and often wake us in the middle of the night with FAX beeping.  I call them up to request removal.  If I can't call this one, I will contact the FCC.

Keep getting call from  51***75935, caller id states it is from garden city, NY. When I pick up it is from fax ma****es, it keeps calling back.
