thanks for writing in!  This has happened to me and I usually just let it ring. Now I have the amunitionto get rid of this computer call! Just 'punch a bunch of numbers!'

Just recieved a call from this number on april 26, 4 10 pm est. says there "is no problem with my credit card but press one for a live operator who can****ist me in lowering my interest current interest rate" I do not own any credit cards.  My bigger concern is how they got my number as I give it out to no one. EVER  It can only be computer generated then. i am in pa and my phone service provider is a prepay with ****** mobile.

this number called my cell while i was in the other room, and left no message. when i called back it said the call could not be completed as dialed. Seems like a voip s****ing the number they are calling from to me.

received a call.  I did not answer.  There was no message.  I called it back but only got a "fast busy" signal.  I decided to look it up on google to see who it was. I then found out that this number has been calling people about their credit cards.  Definitely a scam.

Another bogus from 516-453-5653. When I call back, the number reports as out of service.

Number keeps calling me for no reason. Called on 1/29 left no message. MUST BE  SCAM.

I keep getting calls from this number that is not in service.  Someone can stop it; why don't they?  How many complaints have to be made to get action.

I received a call from 516-453-5653. I did not answer and no message was left. I have no idea who would be calling me from that area code.

They called and said they would lower my interest rate on my credit cards, however, I do not have any credit cards! Think this is a SCAM!

i too received a call from 516 453 5653 but could not answer it and missed it. when i tried to call them back, it said it was not in service! funny...

This number called me Jan 29, 2010. I didn't say anything when I answered, an an automated voice came on about my "credit cards". Its a scam so I just pressed a bunch of numbers and they immediately ***g up. I heard that if you do that the automated ma****e that calls you thinks they've called a fax ma****e.... I don't know, but it seems to work!

They called me and told me that they could reduce my interest on my credit card. The first time this guy asked me a few questions and then decided to **** up on me. The second time I almost fell for it when he asked me about which card I want to lower my interst rate on (because they could only help out with one of my cards and not any more). Luckily, my credit card was not on me and he said that they will call back... Feels like a SCAM...

Received call from this number at 12:43PM while I was on other line (Cell phone) and missed it.  Worried that it could be a job interview etc., I looked it up, and many people are reporting this number not leaving messages, some report it calls their cell phone, and one said that they tried to trace the number back and recieved a message saying the number is not in service.  I am still uncertain of the caller.
