Female sounding robo-voice that doesn't speak English very well stating it is the "investigation team of IRS". It says they have just received a notification "from the headquarters that will get expired in the next 24 working hours" threatening to have me "taken under custody" for "serious allegations pressed on my name". Getting a good giggle over here! I work in an accounting firm

A recording of a female pretends to be a part of the I.R.S. by threats of not filing tax and warning of local police will be order to arrest you. This is a spam! The I.R.S does not call you, they mail you a letter about your situations first then what steps you need to take. Be alert!
