Constant calls to cell no message

Get called daily. Never leaves a voice mail.

Said they were South Fork Bank, which I never heard of and since this was so****ing I was not connected to I put them off without giving any information

Cold Call lower mortgage rate; said they were a bank, licensed in NY & all other states, asked a lot of questions but I declined when they wanted my birth date & SS #, just, not sure who or what the are. Refused to quote rates without running a credit report!
