This crook calls on cell phone at least 10 times a day including early morning, nights and midnights, never leaves a message. When I call back, there is no reply. I think this guy is a iden***y thief or scamster or s****ster trying to ripoff.

it's hsbc bank calling, they are non stop, even after going personally to the bank to pay bill. it takes days for them to stop calling. they should connnect to collectors with the banks better!

Someone keep calling me from this number - 516-576-8785. I don't have any business with these people nor I am aware of the phone number. Its time someone from the Government take severe action aginst the people who are running this scheme, before anything bad happens to anyone.

This place calls and calls asking for someone with a different last name that lives in a different state but they keep telling us we are related and wants us to tell them how to get a hold of the other people. WE are not related and have no clue who they are!

Caller has called 7 times today. One call after the other.

They first called on Thurs., 3 times within an hour. Called back and spoke to a man who wouldn't tell me the name of the company or why they were calling. Gave my first and last name, which he searched their DB for, not found. After agreeing it must be a wrong number and we weren't customers, he said his supervisor would remove our number from their list. Very next day, they were calling at 8:15 AM a***n. Also, in our phone conversation, he tried asking me for my Social Security number, which I declined to give him. That sent up some huge red flags for me.

I don't know who is calling me but they call continually and never leave a message or if I do answer there is no one there. I did answer one time and the man did not tell me who he was or who he represented and was very rude. I haven't a clue how they even got my telephone number as it is a non-pub. This person was rude upon answering my phone, and would not identify himself at first,when prompted to identify himself a second time, he rudely yelled, "I told you its Michael and this is a personal matter..." This number Calls at least 10 times a day,and on weekends and I have the phone logs to prove it. My last bill payment was late, and they keep harassing me, even though they send me a new statement saying I missed a payment, with a doubled amount due, and a new due date of next week. I looked up the phone number online to discover that it is one of my credit card companies owned by Merrick Bank. I also found countless other complaints regarding this company from ***dreds of others in an online database. Phone harassing rude employees, and persistant calls from this number prior to the new bill due date just makes me ignore the calls, pending the notion to cancel this credit card!

They s****ed calling my house at 7am! They called me twice in 30 minutes. I havent had a debt on a credit card in 7 yrs. Leave me the***** alone.

These people call repeatedly and will not leave a message. Since I do not know the number, I will not answer it. They call about every half hour to an hour with no messages left.

Automated voice come on the line and states"Please hold. I have an important call for this phone number." and then nothing. I've had two calls this morning within half an hour.

I have been receiving calls day and night, earliest from 8 am and latest until 9 pm.  I know I have been one month late and this is behaviour for collections is outrageous.  The calls are more frenquent since they know people are getting rebate checks from the IRS. I am now current, I wonder if the calls are going to stop.

This number continues to call my phone asking for the name "Coleen Kelly" who I have never heard of in my life. I tell them that I dont know the name and they get defensive and angry at me and try to convince me that I have Coleen Kelly's phone. I have received calls from these scam artists and gotten in trouble for my phone going off during school and I would like them to stop calling me but they persist.

I've been getting alot of these calls recently and I have NO business with them at all.  So today I *****in blasted the phone with my Atwood whistle when I answered it.  My ears are ringing so let's see how they like it!

THey call here more than 15 to 20 times each day, every day, even weekends.  Recently, we just ignore the call and let it go to voicemail.  No voicemail is ever left.  The single time I answered no one was there.  I am going to look into the ZAPIT, I wonder if that old tech autodialer ****er will work on the newer autodialers?  If worse comes to worse, CALL BLOCK will work just as good.  Since we know from some research that it is Merrick Bank, I am about to call them and cancel all my accounts.  Perhaps if everyone on the Internet who reads this does the same they will c****e their policy, or at the very least fold up and go out of business.

This is Merrick Bank who has sent their collection problems over to this "Cardholder Mana" that shows up on the caller id along with the phone number 516 576 8785- They are trying to collect money that is past due- the problem is that they dont have the correct people- they call anyone with similar names. For example If you have the name John Smith, they are going to call anyone with names such as Jon Smith, Jone Smith, John Smithe, Jonathon Smith, etc...  They have lost the actually person that owes money and therefore trying to find them by "fishing" through anyone and seeing if they hit the right person or anyone that they can ****er into paying off the account.  Very Shady way to do business.  Merrick in the long run will never get business because these tactics will influence good customers who have never done business with them.

I have received four calls from this company.  The 2nd time I called back and spoke to someone who said I owed money and to pay.  I said I've never had an account with Merrick and through verification of some information concluded that they had the wrong number and would remove it from the system.  I called back to verify the number/company and spoke with a supervisor who said that she would follow up and remove the number.  Today I got three phone calls.  I called back, spoke with a gentleman who basically told me that I had to actually talk with someone when they called, let them verify once a***n that the person on the account and my phone number were not related and then they could remove the number from the auto dialer.  When I explained that I had already done that I was told that there was nothing else they could do.  He wouldn't even transfer me to a supervisor.  So the we go round and round.  I guess the next time they call I am going to basically tell them that if they want $$$ that they can come down to Florida and personally come get it from me and if that doesn't suit them then take me to court.  This will be fun :) -- and I'll just block the number, both 516 number and the 866 number.

They call me about ten to fifteen times a day. They s**** calling about 8:00 am sharp on my cell phone.   When I check my voice mail the message seems like a lot of it is left out. I can only get about part of a number. My caller ID says New York.  I looked them up on MSN white Pages and it say they are from Plainview, NY in Nassau County an that it is a landline.  If I ever answer they I will not be nice.

They called me this morning (first time) and the operator was really rude.  My caller ID said "New York" so I asked them "who's New York?", she said "it's a state, not a person" then ***g up on me.

This number calls my home number, then my cell number. They ask for my ***her, who recently passed away, and when I tell them I am his son, they refuse to speak to me ... yet, the calls continue. I receive calls all hours of the day and night. Do these people ever sleep???

They have called me 20 times Sa****ay and Sunday. They s**** at 8:00 a.m. They are using a computer system to make the phone calls. It looks like it is programmed to call every hour. As soon as you answer a live person gets on the phone.Suggestion to all: get a loud kid's toy or airhorn. Answer the phone and as soon as they s**** talking blare the noise into their ear. Do this repeatedly until they stop calling. It's kind of fun!!!
