"Samuel" called to offer me a 10% ConEd rate reduction, thanks to some kind of deal with NY State. Wanted to walk me through my bill so i could sign up.

Caller har***** me daily and leaves no messages. I finally get the call and someone is on the other line. I asked to be taken off the list because they are harassing me. She argues I have no idea why they are calling. I say how if they knew me they would leave a message and I am on a do not call list. She argues. I also got a call from this number...does anyone know what this number is connected to?

A guy named Kenny called, and when I asked what he was calling about so I could determine if I should pass the call along to my mother, he was a huge **** and ***g up.

Call is coming from Manhasset, NY (Long Island) no message left . . . automatic dialing.
