Warning: New York EPPICard™ cell phone scamAn EPPICard™ debit card scam has been reported to our office. This scam is being texted to cardholders' cell phones. Cardholders must not provide any information in response to the text message. Any cardholder who receives the text message should immediately call the Child Support Customer Service Helpline (CSH) at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975) and provide the sender’s telephone number so we can continue to report the scam to authorities.If the cardholder provided their card number in response to this text, they should call the EPPICard™ call center at 1-866-461-4093 to cancel their card and request a new card. UNDER NO CIR***STANCES SHOULD A CARDHOLDER EVER PROVIDE THEIR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION TO A REQUESTING PARTY.
