do not call!!!!

I have received several threatening phone calls from this telephone number in New York City.  They have my SS# and bank account information to include my pin #.   They must be tapping into a main database somewhere.  They keep telling me I'm under criminal investigation, and I owe for a loan through Payday Advance, who has no main number anywhere, just subsidiary loan companies.  Good luck finding which loan company it would be.  However, I did not take out the said loan.  They are trying to extort over $3,000.00 from me, otherwise telling me I will be sued and put in prison.  I have alerted the Attorney General of my state.  I've also alerted my banks.  I hope these guys are caught.

I have been receiving calls from this number for over two months now. The are claiming that I owe for payday loans that were taken out over a year ago. Be careful. the do have my ssn, bank routing number, account number, cell number, some of my friends name and numbers, and my work numbers. How they got this info is beyond me. I do want these calls to stop. I can not get any of these people to call to give me numbers to the companys who are going after me so I can alert them that these people are using their names to collect money. Please lets stop them before too many people get hurt and actually send these freaks money. And they are all foreign people who call.

I received back to back calls from this number this afternoon. Of course the caller didn't have the guts to leave a message, but then dirt bag scammers never do. My rule of thumb is that if I do not recognize the number or the name of the company, I do not answer the call. If the caller is legitimate he/she should be able to leave a message identifying who they are and what the call is in reference to. My advice is to ignore the call, or if you do answer it, never give out any personal information. As far as I know, if any law enforcement officer was going to arrest you or serve you papers, they would do so in person. They would not call you on the phone. This is a total scam of people who are fishing for information. They are the ones who deserve to be behind bars.

I got the same call on my cell and work, saying they are a crime investigation calling in regards to a payday loan in which I know I have not done, and they continue to call and harass me that they are going to serve ma @ work with papers. Who are these people?

I got a call from this number and the iranian guy said he was from the bureau of crime and investigations and that I owe cash advance $410 for a loan that was taken out 6months ago but i never took out a loan ever in my whole life. i want this number checked out..***** i ran the number on google and it came up as a cell number in ny.. is this number a scam??
