Automated call said they were IRS and that this was my final notice for not paying taxes or so****ing like that and that I had to call IRS at 276-451-3608. I actually answered the phone so I do not have the message recorded but it sounded real and official and I feel bad for people who take it seriously. Obvious scam. The caller ID said the 5167859767 number was a payphone - even if I were to believe the IRS would call and leave an automated final notice message, it would definitely not come from a payphone. Annoying.
