it’s a recorded message, that claim to be from the IRS, but they are just scammers.
This is a Tax scam out of India. They call trying to scare you into thinking they are the IRS and you owe a large sum of money from a past tax return. The IRS will never, ever call you! They will send a letter with a telephone number to call and a reference number that goes with it.
Claiming to be the IRS. Someone from India answered the phone lol
