This is not the SSA. They say they will issue an arrest warrant if I don't call them back. The individuals answering have foreign accents. I****ume they are trying to collect Social Security information.

Thank-you for the last three comments, exposing a scam. I was very su****ious of the numbers (I had two different numbers - one from Kentucky (same message)). Also, there is no need for the last four digits of an SS number (the most important and identifiable). I'm blocking both numbers now. Bless you commentators and Numberguru! ;-)
