Unwanted phone calls

got a charge on my VISA from this number and don't know who it is.

I have a charge from them on my credit card.  They sell themes for windows mobile phones via their website. I don't have a WM phone so I guess someone lifted my card number somewhere and decided to upgrade their phone.  Called the CC company and they charged back and a new card is in the mail.

We received a charge on our bank statement as well and have no idea who this is. I also called and got difficult to understand recording also. I am contacting the bank to see if they have any info and will post if I get results.

We got a charge on our debit card as well.  Any one know who they are?  Called the number and just get a recorded message (accent difficult to understand!)  Xeniums.com!!!
