Said they wanted to discuss my account for the gas charges. I live in Ohio so it can't be true. My cell phone is a Michigan exc****e.

Caller wanted me to give them billing information. Consumers would have known this. Also, they called my office phone number. This number is NOT****ociated with my Consumers account.

Claimed to be from Consumers Energy, and wanted to discuss gas charges. While I am a customer of Consumers Energy for electricity, I have DTE Energy for gas, so I know this is a scam.

asked me to provide statement info for so****ing i didn't order and also called me on a number i have not updated in my account

Caller claimed to be from Consumer's Energy. I do not have a gas or electric bill in my name.

They wanted me to have a bill ready to discuss my delivery of gas charges. Consumers Energy does not have my cell number. Only my land line. SCAM
