I got a text saying they were “Helen,” and they reached out to me by name.

Dont pick up - they dont leave a VM.

They said they wanted to take a Health Survery. The Call came in as NY Dept Health Lake Placid. I do not respond to calls from "Big Brother". This is getting to be too much. Wake up people!

NY State Dept. of Health. ???They always call at night ( strange. What business hours do they keep?)and leave message...very unprofessional. They are not my doctor so I won't be answering any questions even if they do seem harmless.

Student Loan Foregivness -- PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. They said they were calling with FASA/Student Loan foregiveness. I mistakenly gave them the email****ociated with my loans and they logged into my account and c****ed the password to access this information. I quickly went in and c****ed it back after I realized what happend but I know there are do***ents in there that have SSN

Asked if she could ask a few questions if I had the vaccine or have I been seen by my primary doctor do I eat healthy but she asked if this was my number read it back and asked if I was a female or a male and I laughed she’s like I have to ask the question I know then she’s like do you live in a residential home I’m like with my ***her oh I’m sorry mam the Survey ended have a nice day mam

They did not ask me any of my personal information like name or address and stuff like that. Only questions about my health in the last 30 days.

***ker said they were from the US Health Department. Left a number that was different from the callback number they gave. Extended warranty ******** from the same number a few weeks ago.

Claimed to be taking a survey to check the health of residents of my state. Claimed to be with the US Health Department. Claimed they'd call back. Gut feeling is a ******** call.
