Caller asked for my son and stated they were from American Wall. When I said he wasn't home, they asked when. I said a couple of hours and she said oh,ok perhaps I'll call back later. I asked what it was in reference to and she stated it was American Wall and ***g up.

Caller stated last chance to lower interst rates on cards.  Asked for current rates & said can get lower rate than 9%.  I asked what company you are from & male said represents Visa & Naster Card. I asked a***n & was given the same answer.  He then asked for my credit card number so he can verify the rates & if they are over the limit. I explained I do not give my credit card # over the phone and if people give there number & he said yes all the time and I am not liable until I sign the form.  I said mail me the paperwork & I will review it.  Of course he did not confirm my name and number & was agitated when I refused to give my credit card#.
