Caller asked if my first name was what it is, then said I was a diabetic Which is not correct and at that point I ***g up (Also heard laughter in background)

Spam Risk call....get at least 100 of them a week.

Suggested that some mail had been returned undeliverable, and that if I didn't return the call they would have to process it through other means.....? (tone sounding very threatening)
