Called - sounded like a telemarketer - but she knew that I had a car that was leased and should have been returned - but didn't know I guess that our lease had been extended 6 months though the leasing company. Simply mumbled some information of which all I understood was the words car lease and "coming off lease" - and then asked me how many miles were on the car. Asked her why she was calling as I had just spoken with Lexus Financial yes****ay and all was fine. Then said she wanted to actually speak with the "owner" of the car, my husband. Told her he wasn't here and she abruptly ***g up. Tried to call her back and only option is to press "!" if I wanted my phone # to be removed and put on the "Do Not Call List". Think she might be a debt collector - but it makes no sense since our payments are up to date. Wish she hadn't ***g up so I could have determined who she was calling for - what company - and why. She is certainly unprofessional and seems legit on one hand - but like a scammer in her behavior. Called at about 5:30pm EST on October 13, 2015.
