Asked about signing up for an insurance and asked to confirm my address

I went out to check for some mail and found a sticky with the name Duncan with a ID number on it, claiming that it was attempting to make a delivery. I called the number he left for me to call on the sticker and that’s how I got his full name.

He needs to be investigated

This person is leaving sticky notes on mailboxes claiming that he attempted to make deliveries, and goes by the name of Duncan. He states that I had enrolled in a state funded life insurance plan months ago....SCAMMER !!!
