calls one to two times everyday

I just got the same call.  Sounded like an extremely rude Asian to me.  I requested to be put on the do not call list and he became irate.

Indian guy said, he wanted money. I asked if he has a legal prof of this matter. He screamed, then disconnected the phone.

I work with American Financial in Bakersfield, CA, We have also have gotten numerous complaints about this, we are concerned because someone is using our company’s name and trying to scam people. WE WOULD NEVER PRACTICE BUSINESS THIS WAY AND WE WOULD NEVER USE PROFANITY. We are currently having our attorney look into this matter to get this harassment stopped. With Verizon Fiber Optic TV/INTERNET/PHONE you can go to verizon.com/fiosvoice and either select block any number you wish and or forward selected numbers to a number like.... (your area code) 555-5555 and all your unwanted calls will not ring your phone and they will get the "NUMBER YOU DIALED IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER" recording...  Thank you Verizon! My phone went from ringing daily with theese ******s to not at all....  Oh ya and to see it's working just go online to your account and they will show up as missed calls.  Maybe you have a didital phone company you can do the same.

this number keeps calling me at one point the guy told me I had to listen to him. I told him not to call me a***n and to take my number off there call list and they wont.

This company called me the last two days.  Can I call the Better Business Bureau on them?

It's a debt reduction company called American Finance, A man named "Dave" called me.  He has a very thick Indian accent.  He s****ed talking very condescending to me when I explained to him that we do not need their help, that we pay off our debt every year, I said "Will you please remove our number from your records and not call a***n.  He then proceeded to tell me that he had spoken with my husband and my husband wanted him to call back and talk to me which is untrue and when I told him that my husband does not answer the phone at home and most definitely not during working hours since he is not home he told me well call your husband on conference call so I can talk to  both of you about your problem.  I then said I am not calling my husband and please remove our number and he insisted that I was being rude, which I was trying to be as polite as I possibly could and eventually asked to please speak with his manager and he told me to "f" off because that's what I deserve and to just **** up. What respectable company would allow their employees to talk to people this way?  Obviously their calls are not recorded or they would worry about getting in trouble.

I just filed a complaint with the DoNotCall.gov. Maybe if enough of us file complaints, the ******* will go away.

Now the company he claims is North Star Financial. He shouted so****ing into the phone when I told him I wanted to stop the conversation, but I don't know what he said.

We've been repeatedly getting calls from "American Financial" (a.k.a. "United Services," a.k.a. "American Financial United Services"), though previously from a different number which had turned abusive.  Their pitch has c****ed, however.  "Ray" said he'd looked at our financial records and saw that we were $12,000 in debt - which is completely, laughably untrue.  I informed "Ray" that we'd told him not to call repeatedly, and that we'd contacted the FTC/FCC (I can't remember which one).  He claimed this was the first time they'd ever called.

People need to report these numbers to their states attorney General because if you don't these people will continue to harass you.

This number calls constantly sometimes only minutes apart. I never answer it and want it to stop I am also on the do not call list.

Second day in a row I was called. Not very good engli***The name that shows up on caller id is "John Bladzinski".

I picked up the phone, silence. A rude Indian man asked for my wife and asked him what is this in reference too. He replied with the words a**hole and other nice language, the call ended with him saying FU. When asked what company is he with, he would not give the name of the company. Please have so****ing done with this type of person and company.

This number has been calling me for the last 6 months everyday 3-5 times a day.  I am tired of it and want it to stop.  I keep asking for a number and manager name and they give me bogus information.  One time they gave my name as the managers name so I told them to F*** off and ***g.  Daniel called me right back and said "Sara, how do you want to F*** me".  That was the last straw.  I am trying to figure out how to turn this scam company in!

This Indian f*** told me to "**** it."  If you find a number that is in service to call please post it.

I hope the government can do so****ing about this matter. It would be best if we ignore this callers!

Conctant calling , no messeage

I told these idiots to stop calling me and they continue too.  Today, The man told me to shutup and I had to curse him out.  These people are rude and they should be investigated by the cops!!!!ASAP!!!

Guy called me last Friday asking about working with my debt. I told him I wasn't interested becuase I consolodated everything in April. He wouldn't shut up and I had to **** up on him.  Indian accent, very "slum dog call center" vibe.  Monday afternoon, an indian woman calls from the same number, s****s the same stuff.  I made the mistake of going to debt solutions in March to obtain counseling on my various credit cards.  They give your number to ever Tom, **** & Harry debt service out there.  It's stopped finally, but for months I was getting several calls a week from different credit counselers.  These idiots must have bought the list.  I called this "518" # and the says it's been c****ed to 10 digits, I must dial a "01" first, yadda, yadda. THis must be an offs**** service bouncing through a NY state phone #.

Called today and asked for my daughter is 10 and has no debt when I told him she was 10 years old and was at school he still wanted to talk about her unsecured debt.

The guy said he heard i had at least $10,000 unsecured debt. i asked who told him that, he paused...said a marketer. told him i hated to be rude but wasn't interested. he said "its ok to be rude, you can abuse me if you want". i s****ed laughing, he said "really, its okay". told him i was in the middle of so****ing and had to go, and he said ok. ???????????????????????????????????

Got a phone call this morning 11:30am from American Financial company said I owed over $5000 in credit card debt I told them who gave this information and he ***g up.

Got a phone call yes****ay and a***n today from this number yes****ay they asked for my husband i told them that he was at work and i was ready to go out the door.  today they called a***n noone was there this time. called back this time and got a recording the number is not in service.  I want this to stop we are on the do not call list here in my state

I've been seeing this phone number on my cell phone for the last few days.  I just let it go to voice mail.  No message left.  Figure it's a telemarketer.

Received call no one was tehre, called number back and was informed that it was not in service.

no one says anything when i pick up the phone, and when i call back i get a message 'this number is not in service'
