And they NEVER leave a message, just call every contact number that they have for you relentessly throughout the day. Different cities, unknown names, etc. It simply does not stop!!! Just got another one from "Torrance, CA" 424-201-0821 - A***n, Capital One Auto Finance!!!!

This is Captial One Auto Finance, using one of their many "robo" callers. I have to agree with some of the other comments posted here. I have discussed my payment schedule with Capital One, have given them a date when I will make the payment, and still am subjected to these calls. Over 20+ calls per day. Some show up on the caller ID as Capital One, others simply show the number calling, with the city and state.I also agree that this is ridiculous. I have made an arrangement with them. They have the means to adjust their robo calls accordingly, they simply do not choose to do so. As one of many that find themselves unemployed and looking for a job, I also agree with the comments posted here; if I had a money tree to pick the payment off of I would send it to them. That's obviously not the case; I've made an arrangement to pay on a certain date, yet the calls do not stop. They are relentless. And by the way, we are talking about a payment that is less than 14 days overdue. It is frustrating when you are looking for work, possibly expecting a call from a prospective employer, and have to "screen" every call with these online services before picking up and having THE SAME F%$^ING CONVERSATION that I had with them yes****ay....*** with this people????
