CALL THE NUMBER BACK...IT RINGS INTO A SWITCHBOARD...ASK FOR DIANE...SHE'S IN CHARGE...LEAVE HER A TON OF VOICE MAILS UNTIL YOU FINALLY GET ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST...FLOOD HER VOICE MAIL IF YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS...

Have repeatedly received calls from this number on daily basis despite being on do not call list; therefore, I filed a complaint to FCC via https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. This co. is scamming people, so I recommend everyone receiving calls from this no. file a complaint as well so hopefully action will be taken a***nst them.

We get numerous calls, not from this number, but from one****ociated with it.This number is 518-745-7135 and is in Glens Falls, N.Y.  Sometimes they callmore than once a day and will **** up if we answer.  They will not leave a message. They are****ociated with the same company as the 518-482-1596 number.And they are a nuisance and should be made to stop these calls.  If they are telemarketers, which they are, why do they not speak?  It is an annoyance toanswer the phone when busy and find it's these same people calling and have beencalling for 2 or 3 years that we know of.

How can I comment when your search turned up an unknown and I have to pay to find out information?

I am listed on the do not call number.  I received a call from 518-482-1596 at 11:45 a.m. Sunday.  When I picked the phone up I heard a dial tone and then a click.

I've been getting lots of sales calls from this number lately, according to another site the callers name is Anthony.

I'm tired of these people calling every day and every night and I'm sick of it.  I'm sending complaints to my state's attourney and the FCC as well as the FTC

these people s****ed calling me about a week or 2 ago. they ask for my husband and when I tell them he is not here, they **** up on me. When my kids answer, they try to ask the people if they want to speak with me. Before my kids can spit the question out, they have already ***g up.

Receiving calls? all times of day!

This number has just s****ed calling us every day about2 or 3 times a day.  I don't know who they are so I don't answer it & after reading all these I will not answer it in the future either

Colwell and Sal calls every day at all times from early morning until 9 PM. The caller Id identifies the number as 518-482-1596. No message is ever left. When I once answered the call, I was instructed to hold for a live person, at which time I ***g up. I am on the Do Not Call list, yet they continue to call daily for the past 2 months.

This company has been calling me 5X's an hour qwith no message to identify itself.  Its now 9pmand they called a***n.  I want this harrassment stopped.

i have been receiving calls from 518 482 1596 fot the past three weeks...they call a couple times a day and as late as 9 pm...there is never anyone there..they dont leave any messages...it is  very annoying...iam also on the donot call list....

These people keep calling me over and over all thru the day up til 9pm.  I am on the do not call list.  Please make them stop.Thank=you

This Lady called me this evening, the caller ID said Colwell and Sal.  She had info. on another account my husband has and said that we owe $21.75 to keep our account active.  I told her that we have had several phone calls and that the company said we don't owe them anything.  The lady from the other company said that they are RUNNING A SCAM.  After telling them that I thought it was a SCAM and that I know that we don't owe anything, she said that her system had been updated and after looking further into the account she felt there was a mistake.  I am going to check into it.  She also said the company was CNS Communications and that they were stationed out of NY.  The phone number is 518-482-1596.BE CAREFUL!  I checked BBB and didn't yet find anything on them, but I will check a***n and be reporting this.

518-482-1596 Calls several days eac day and each evening. They never leave a message and twice I have answered and they do not speak up so I **** up. I think next time I will answer and leave the phone off the hook. I heard someone say about calls like this it will cost them money and they will stop calling.

This number calls two to three times per day and they never leave a message.

My husband has told me a man with a foreign accent has called our home twice asking for me.  He would not leave a message and stated he would call back.  Today the number appeared on our caller ID along with the name Colwell and Sal. I did not answer.  I'm so glad I checked this evening on Google.  We have no intention on answering this caller.

I Will Not Answer This Call,Ever. Especially After Reading All The Negative Comments. Just Turn Your Ringers Low And Ignore Them...........I Can't Stand Persistent A__holes.

I got a call from this number and I answered and then I put the phone down. I never said a word and I guess they realized no one was there. My husband got called in to work the night before and worked until 4am and he was trying to sleep when this call came in. I do not like to be bothered when I am at home. If I were interested, I could contact them. I am on the do not call list. If they want to tell me so****ing---they can mail it.

They call me at least 2 a day they do not leave their name.  When I tell him not to call back he continues to.

I have been getting calls from this number at least 7 times a day.  They do not identify their self.  The calls s**** as early as 8 in the morning and as late as 8 at night.  Yes****ay they were calling about every 30 minutes.  When I say I am not interested they keep calling.  I am also on the do not call list.

Has called every day up thru the day after Christmas.  My husband gave him our credit card number thinking he was talking to someone who he thought he new.  Now I have a charge that the bank is resear****g for $363.03 but, we can't prove that it is him until we have all information back.  I sure hope not but, this guy was such a pain he never takes no.  Now he called to confirm his $18.00 per month for a 1 yr membership and my husband told him no way and to cancel whatever it is he is trying to do.?  This is a nightmare and we are always so careful.  This is so stressful!!

Caller has called 6 times.  We are on the do not call list, asked them to stop calling, yet they refuse to stop.  We have reported them to the FCC and are persueing legal action a***nst them for harassment.
