I too got a call from Officer Nick Thomas with all kinds of threats that I would be behind jail etc.  Also threatened to call my job, family and references.  Thick Indian accent and could hardly*****ounce my name.  I could hear someone in the background that spoke English helping him with the names.  They said I had committed internet fraud and needed to send them $500.47.  Another Officer, Ron Jones told me I owed $300.  The police are coming for me tomorrow.  I kept insisting that they send me some sort of paperwork showing that I owed this money.  They said they would after I paid the bill.  I told them that was not the way it worked.  He ***g up on me after much arguing.

I got a call from this guy who said his name was john brock & ray carter & james brown the man was tellin my duaghter that if she didnt put me on the phone that he was going to press charges on her threatin her and when i ask to speak with someone over him he put me on hold and after 5 min he got back on the phone like he was someone els i told them that i would have my lawyer call them he ***g up the phone but this is after him calling me like 12 times .

he calles me too and threaten me too and said the FBI wasnt comin after me and made me feel very uncomfortable

The number was 5186022415, last phone call, May 6, 2010 @ 5:16PM, I have their last voice mail saved on my cell phone.  Told me he is 'officer Kevin Cooper' gave me no business name other than BCI, which I told him I had researched and it did not exist other than in a scam.  He got belligerent and said fine whatever happens is on my head.  I told him that I did not understand a word he was saying and would prefer someone who speaks English, he ***g up on me.  Waiting to see if they call a***n

I have recieved a call from the same number and name.  Nick Thomas from 5186022415 x 448 National Burea of Crime.  He has left a messege now that I am going to find myself behind bars.  He keeps stating that he will be calling my job and he knows all of my information.  He claims I should have already recieved letters through the mail and email.  I am at a loss for how to take care of this.

These people were looking for my son-in-law.  Couldn't understand a word.  He identied himself as a Police Officer from Albany NY(Roger Smith).  I asked him what Precinct he was in, then he told me that he was not a police officer.  I took down his information as well as the extention number.  I still did not understand the name of the organization he was calling from.I then called the number back to see whomever answered the phone would give me the name of the business.  I couldn't understand her either.  She said they were with the National Bureau of Criminal Notification.  I asked a***n what federal organization they are working with.  She ***g up on me.I then reported this to my local Police Dept.

I just got a call also from Officer Nick Tomas at 5185031906 ext448. saying it is very important that I call him back because there is a complaint under my ss #.  He says he is with the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification.    Very thick Indian accent.  I called back and I said "Where am I calling," and they ***g up on me. I have reported these people but no one seems to care ever. I dont what this is in reference to but this is horrible a***n Indian accent saying he is an officer

I dealt with these people last month, and officer john matthews form BCI on a different number look up the number 708-401-0535 and you can see my posting there.  This is a scam Report the names and numbers they use to your state attorney general, the FBI and Homeland Security.  Keep posting the names and number on this and other sites also.  They need to be kicked off the planet!  Also, read the posting form the Attoney Generals Office in Kansas (Steve Six) Good luck, DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!

I've been getting calls from these guys from all different numbers. One just called right now and said his name was "so****ing Cooper" (thick accent, couldn't understand) and that US Cash Advance is suing me.  I denied all the info he had, said I moved and c****ed jobs then asked for a number so I could run it by the FTC.  Then he got mad and s****ed asking if I was threatening him and I couldn't help but burst out laughing. Then he said he was going to send officers to my job for me and ***g up. I answer the phones at work so I'm kinda wanting him to try calling here.

I recieved phone calls from this number at work, on my cell phone and my sister recieved a phone call. The caller had a middle eastern accent and he said his name was Shawn Hardy from the Bureau of criminal Investigations.  When I told him not to call me at work he began calling my relatives.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER GUY NAME SHAWN WRIGHT 518-503-1906 EXT 108 THIS FOOL LEFT ME MESSAGE SAYING IF I DONT CALL HIM BACK SO****ING REAL BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME , MY JOB AND MY HOME, HE HAS CALL MY JOB AND LEFT THIS MESSAGE, I AM A RESEARCHER AND I CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING ON THIS COMPANY OR THIS PERSON, SOME ONE HAS TO DO SO****ING TO THESE PEOPLE

Why are these people calling saying they are officers?  Police officers?  Then their number is unavailable when they are calling you.  Who can I report them to?

Just got a call today from BCI at 518-503-1906 from Officer Mack Wilson saying it is very important that I call him back because there is a complaint under my ss #.  He says he is with the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification.  Who are these people.  Very thick Indian accent.  I called back and I said "Where am I calling," and they ***g up on me.  Who do I report this to.  THey have been calling me for a month now.

Some Middle Eastern lady called me and said i needed to call her back or I would face legal consequences or so****ing could go wrong with me.

Chief Officer James Brown (****stan accent)from the BCI (Burue of Crime Identification) called and left a message that he needed to speak with me in regards to a legal matter and I would be executed for my crimes if I did not return his call to 1-518-503-1906 by 3:00. You need to report these calls to your local police department. If you call the number back they will charge your phone bill.

Totally fic***ious agency, as far as law enforcement.  Officer David Daniel called and threatened me, stating I was in legal trouble because a friend used my name as a reference.  Those ****** India collectors don't speak English, cannot answer questions, and use ploys completely in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act.  They need to shut 'em down for that.  I also think it should be illegal to outsource this kind of work.  No more outsourcing debt collections to foreign countries, giving them access to our citizens' personal identification and financial information.

If you call the number the Indian man leaves, they charge your phone bill.

My sister got a call from this number today.  The guy said his name was Office John Brock and asked my sister if the last four numbers he gave her were the last four numbers of my social security number.  My sister called and told me about it, so I called the guy myself.  I had already googled the phone number and read what other people have said about these people, so I was ready for him.  I told him don't ever call me or my sister a***n and that he's NOT getting my social security number or anything else and that he needs to learn how to speak English if he wants to talk to me.  I then proceeded to call them back three more times to tell them that they weren't getting any information on me and to leave my sister alone.  I told them I was going to call the sheriff and my attorney.  Then, I proceeded to call this guy every bad name I could think of.  The guy called my sister back and asked her to call me and tell me to stop calling them and that he wouldn't call her or myself a***n.  And, I haven't heard from him since. These people are trying to get your social security number so they can steal your iden***y.  DO NOT give them any information.  Just do what I did.  Apparently, it works.
