The Caller Identified themselves and they have stated that they are going to be filing charges a***nst me and I may have to go behind bars. They have a very heavy accent and state that they will be sending people to my job. I heard this is a scam with further research. They state they are American Consolidation Services

I received a call from the number above.  I was advised that  I would be put in jail, if I didnt pay for a loan.  I was to send the money to this company.  They could not tell me the name of the company  I was accused of borrowing from,   I also was told to fax information to them with my checking and or debit card # or credit card.  I am frightening now to answer the phone.  The orginal call came from 205 307-5382.  That area code is where I live .  These . people knew every thing about me.  How can they get this information.?

Said I owe money on a payday loan. Had my address,e-mail address and my work phone number. He said I need to pay 589.32 or they are going to sue me. Told me to fax them a letter stating I had no intention of running away with the money. I want to settle this out of court. he told me to write this in the letter. Wanted my debit card number but I did not give it to him. I wanted them to send me more information and he said they couldn't. The name of this company is American Consolidation Services. This man has a forign accent and you could barely understand him.

Got multiple calls from (518) 533-5370 and when I finally returned the call they claimed I never paid back a $300 payday loan that was transferred into my account and now I'm being sued and could be responsible for up to $3000. Alarming, they knew everything about me. Name Address SS# where and who I work for. It sounded fake but now I'm worried about iden***y theft.

Hi... they are serious about what they are saying. i have suffered my job.. they sent investigation team... although they said they will come in few days it took more than a month to do so.. but its better to actually follow what they ask us to do...

This person who has a very heavy accent keeps calling me at work telling me that I have charges a***nst my name and ss#. He tells me that he can only send do***entation to my lawyer and will not sent me any do***entation on these charges. He says that my wages will be garnished. I am told that I have taken money out in the amount of $350 and the company this was taken from only sues people. This is all false information. They told me they are from American Consolidations.

Caller says I better answer his calls, he has info about criminal charges filed a***nst my ssn and I'm going to jail if I don't answer him. They're sending investigators to my job.
