A person by the name of Lt. Richard Johnson called me an left a message on my phone telling me that he was with BCI and I need to call back as soon as possible regarding a case a***nst my ss# or they were gonna press charges and I was going to jail. I talked to him and he had a indian accent and told me my case # and then trasferred me to a guy by the name of Det. James Brown. He told me that I had got a payday loan and have refused to pay it and they wanted me to pay it today or they were calling my job, have me fired and have me locked up. When I refused to give him the money and have it debited out of my checking account he s****ed cussing me and called me a liar and told me he was gonna have me arrested. Then he ***g up on me. Lots of noise in back ground and people yelling. Dont give in to any of these people. They are bad.

A person with an Indian accent called me. He said his name is Richard Johnson and his boss is Frank Harris, also with Indian accent. They are saying they are from Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI). Called up NY PD and no one by those names are working for BCI.

Officer Kevin Jones and Nick Thomas keep calling me at work stating that there has been a legal case field a***nst my SS# and that if I do not handle this immediately I will be arrested at my place of employeement. They have very hard Indian Accents, and could be the same person. Officer Nick Thomas even gave me a bogus badge number 1919. He told me that he was with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Albany, New York. Also there is alot of background noise that sounds like more people trying the same scam on other hard working Americans. They are crazy to think that people will believe them on this. You absolutley can not serve a Legal case over the phone. All I can say is BOGUS. Do not release any information to these Idiots.

Nessa, I received the same phone call from Officer John Smith at 4:20 p.m. I just **** up and never return the call. I have contacted the local police, FBI, Attorney General, FTC and my Security Department where I am employed. We are keeping a record of the phone numbers and the time they call. It seems that they take a break every 2-3 days and s**** the same process over. These calls are coming from off s**** countries and has to STOP!!!!! Do Not Send any money or even talk to these criminals. They are insane and ****** to think that we will send them money on demand.

I have repeatedly told him that I knew it was a scam and a john davis and a Brian Davis continue to call. They sound like the same person! I told them the cant service a legal case of the phone they need to deliver it. Dont give any info.
