they are a joke. I call the payday loan place were they said I own money. Found out I did not have that cost

Caller says he works for the Bureau of Crime Investigations, called him self Chief officer Alexander and said so****ing about my S.S # and it being involved in a fraud case that the superior court judge will be hearing and charging me fines in the thousand dollar area. He was hard to understand and the recepionist who routed my call back was rude. I think the calls are coming from India and with their thick accent you cant make out what they want. Very suspect conduct if they are a collection agent. violating all the codes on collections.

I get calls at work and my cell saying call them or only god can help day and night

This Mac guy calls and says he is from a lawyer's office and that he is representing a payday loan company that I "used" and didn't pay back. Anyhow, he begins to get irate when I tell him that I have no money or job to pay anything. Then I noticed as he was talking that the amount owed kept c****ing. Though, it didn't click with me. He said that the police will be at my house in 10 minutes if I don't pay so****ing. I ***g up on him. Then his "boss" calls and is real nice. I tell him that I am going to try to find a way to come up with over $400. I faxed them a letter saying I would pay them and they are going to be calling me on Friday. I am so thankful I read up on this phone number and company. All of your comments were a great help. Thank you!!!

I KEEP GETING THESE CALLS FROM THIS # 518-602-2415 & FROM OTHERS LIKE 052-497-347 SAYING HE GOING TO PUT SO****ING A***NT MY SOCIAL SECURTY # I DONT KNOW THESE PEOPLE & HE WAS GOING TO GET CHARGES ON ME.I HAVENT ANSWER ANY OF THESE CALLS.THEY LEAVE MESSAGES.

I keep getting calls from this guy. Claimed to be a Junior Lawer last week, this week he is an officer. Last week he called from california, this week he called from new york. About a payday loan. 1st time he called I owed 975. 2nd time he called I owe 575. 3rd Time he calls I owe 475. he has my SS# my work information. He wants me to send money. He has stated, "I am downloading your case file now. Police will arrest you in half hour." This is a scam. He wont state anything about what is a***nst you if he calls you. when you take the loan out. He said that I will spend 15 years in jail if i dont send him money. Repeat this is a scam.
