Guy pretending to be a law offical i recommend turning him in s**** with the attorney general in your area

This guy with a foriegn accent continues tobl call my phone so today i told the guy i was calling the attorney general in my state and his. The number is a new york number, i advised him he would be fined after i call. i have not revieved another call

There were 37 times that 518-649-8090 tried to call my house today; my 18 year old daughter answered one time and was told it was "Officer Tim Barker" from the Crime Investigation Department and if she didn't tell him where I was she would have charges brought a***nst her.  My daughter told him she thought it was odd that someone who was clearly from The Middle East would be named Tim and she would tell me when I got home that he had called.  He continued to "harass" her so she told him she was only 15.  He then told her, "you better tell your mother to call or else."  I am so PO'd that a company would talk to someone like that and a person they don't have any business with.  I am 100% positive this is some kind of fraud.  When "Officer Tim Barker" called a***n around 8:30, he talked so fast and with such an accent, I couldn't understand ONE word he said, so when I asked him to repeat what he was saying, his voice got angrier and he s****ed yelling, so I just set the phone down and walked away!

Whenever anyone calls claiming they are an "Officer" ask for their badge number. It is highly illegal to represent yourself as an Officer of the Law when you are not. It's called impersonating an Officer. My co-worker took a phone call and wrote down their number. I called back and asked for his badge number. It shut him up real quick and in fact he requested I didn't call him bac**** Crazy!!!

I have been dealing with these same # 518-649-8090 I have gotten 10 different officer or sargent names from them the funniest one is Rick James..They have called my work my cell phone left vm's that i have saved threating that i have gotten a payday loan and if i dont pay they are going to take me to jail..Today was my breaking point i have called them over 100 times today..I contacted the ny police where this number is supposly out of and When the most helpful trooper called the number they answer and when the trooper told them who they was they ***g up of course...i have called over and over agian like i said today left them vm's like how do you like the harrassment which they probably dont care..But i have file a police report with my local sheriff department and they called them and they ***g up on them they will not give me a address or any information of course..But it has gotten worse they called me back after i told them a***n not to call he told me to **** his d*** that he had all my information but there is one thing he dont have my P****..I told him if he wanted me to **** his u know what that he need to grow one and give me a address he told me not to call them a***n that they would file a police report for harrassment...I told him well see you in court because i already filed one...Please File a police reports do not sit on your A** and do nothing you have no reason to take this kind of harassment..Lets join together to get these alia ba ba people behind bars or so****ing we have a voice lets use it..Sorry for all the stars but this is how bad these ppl will harass you i have been ***ually threaten now and these ppl have my address scary..PLEASE HELP STOP THESE PEOPLE

Same call... Home and work office.  Kinda scary they know so much info. How is this possible?   Never had payday loan.  Wondering if I should be concerned about my bank account?

I just received the same phone call from the same person. My lawyer called him back and he ***g up on him.

I received a call from 518-649-8090.  The person said they were a detective and after a couple of minutes into the conversation identified himself as Officer Adam Scott-Had heavy, heavy accent-Threatened me with legal action, stated he would turn me over to the state police in my home town and that I had to pay money owed on a payday loan. I have never taken out a "pay day loan"-Flat out refused to give me any info, was yelling, abusive and very obnoxious. Gave me a fax number to send info 206-426-5996 which is a number in Seattle, Washington.FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD

don't send any money these people are scam artists I have received several threatening phone calls at work saying that I would be arrested and the sheriff department where I live would be notified. I have a friend that is an attorney and he stated that they cannot arrest people who have defaulted on a pay day loan. DO NOT SEND any paperwork to these people with any signatures they will be investigated.

I received a call from someone (Indian accent) that stated a family member had put me down as a reference for a loan.  I was informed to call them back and if I did not legal actions would be taken a***nst me.  First of all, I did not sign anything and I am not responsible for their careless validation of loan applicants.  I will contact my lawyer so that harassing calls from this person will be stopped.  I called back, but had to leave a message.  My message was not too pleasant.  I have not provided them with any information, but I will closely check my accounts.

I also got a call from this number and the man that was talking to me I could hardly understand. His name was Peter Black from the investigation Department and that they were s****ing legal action a***nst me. I had a very close friend check this out and they said it was a scam. She works in the legal department for the USAF. Thank Goodness for Good Friends

I received a call too that i was a plaintiff..that paul harris (lawyer) indian accent...Thank you goodness i saw this..

i received a phone call from them this morning and they were trying to tell me(in their annoying accent) that they are going to withhold my ssn. when i told them i would call back once i contacted the company they claim has a claim a***nst me, he said ok. when i called back, someone else said he was not available and that he was with an attorney and will cal me back in 30minutes. it has been almost an hour and a half. THEY ARE FAKE AND I PUT ALERTS ON ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS, SSN,& PHONE,

I have recieved a call from this number and ended up talking to a Mark Thomas (has an Indian accent). I had not read this information and I ended up giving them my debit card number and adress.  They told me legal action was being taken a***nst me because of a payday loan that i had taken out.  Now....  they had told me that my total to settle my "matter" out of court was going to be 786.00 and that I had to pay 300 to stop my case from going to court.  I was to fax them a signed paper stating when i was going to pay the rest but i saw this site (thank God). so i didn't fax.  Now...They are calling me Private telling me that since i didn't make a payment or fax anything they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest. I live in Texas so they told me my case was going to be forwarded to the sherriff in my county.  It's getting to be too much.....
