Complete bogus call. Robo-voice system used (standard for non-native English speakers to conceal accent and poor English). Threatening me with arrest due to 3 serious allegations. Wanted me to call the number to state my case. Yeah, right. Also found this posted on NoMoRobo (https://www.nomorobo.com/lookup/518-738-3551). This is why I don’t ever answer calls from unknown numbers. Just let it go to VM, and really, don’t call them back.
