THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM THURSTON FREE IS A CON ARITIST.  HE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED AT MY WORK.  IF THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE TALKING TO A POLICE UNIT THEY ARE NOT THEY HAVE POLICE SCANNERS. THEY BUY YOUR INFORMATION OFF OF THE INTERNET. I CALLED HIM AND ASKED HIM FOR ALL OF HIS INFORMATION, HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT ME.  I CALLED AND CALLED THEM BACK TO GET INFORMATION ON THERE ADDRESS AND LICENSE ALSO THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THEM TO ME.  THEY ALSO GOT VERY FOULMOUTHED WITH ME.  I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I CONTACTED MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT, AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT THE CALLS STOPPED.  THERE IS A WEBSITE YOU CAN GO ONTO IT IS WWW.WHOCALLSME.COM , WWW.800NOTES.COM.  THESE WEBSITES ARE VERY INFORMATIONAL ON THESE GUYS. I HOPE THIS INFORMATION IS HELPFUL.

For those who get these calls and are scared. They get your info by stealing it or buying it off the internet. They sound official by saying a few legal terms but they are not. Ask for their badge number and what state it was issued. Ask them what state agency they filed their papers with and that agency's phone number. They will NOT be able to answer any of these questions, and if they do tell them to hold on so you can look it up on the net, they will cuss at you and **** up IT IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. I HAVE BEEN CALLED BE THEM 6 TIMES ACTING LIKE DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND PEOPLE. WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO***** AND ***G UP.

I got several calls from these people. It is a scam. They are not any kind of officials. I *67 their number and call them 5 times a day to harass them. They do not like it at all, they get very mad. So if you want to have a little fun at their expense for trying to scam us just press *67 then their number 518-772-4398 and they cannot find who it is.

Kind of scared.  Got this call and they knew my social and everything and are telling me I will be arrested at my work tomorrow if I do not return the call and agree to the money owed.  What should I do??

I called the 5187724398 number back today and told them that before I would pay them anymore money, I had checked with the New York Attorney General and they requested I get their business license number and business address.  The guy (Jonathan) told me he would have to call me back and I have not heard from him since.  This is a total scam.  Don't send them any money.  He also had originally told me they would arrest me too.

I RECIEVED THE SAME CALL AT WORK SAYING THAT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED AND I WIRED THE MONEY SO THAT I WOULD NOT GO TO JAIL AND NOW I CAN NOT REACH THE PERSON SO THEY CAN GIVE ME PHYSICAL LEGAL DO***ENTS TO LOOK AT. WHEN I OFFERED TO HAND DELIVER THE MONEY THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WIRE IT THRU MONEY GRAM. SO I DID.  SO NOW WHAT DO I DO. HE NEVER TOLD ME A COMPANY. HE MADE ME WIRE IT TO DOWN BY THE RIVER GROUP.

I too, got a call from this number and said I would be arrested if I didn't immediately take care of a payday loan from JD Marketing Group I had taken for $300 and they now want $664.  Called my job and talked to several employees asking questions about me and if they knew me outside of work.  Are these guys legit?  When I returned the call, they only answer by saying "who is calling" rather than the name of their company.  They say they are a law group out of New York representing JD Marketing.

Got a call from this number, and they threatened to make an arrest they new too many details and I became really scared, I can not find any information on this company, does anyone have any info?

Got a call from this number @ my job saying that they were a law firm that would arrest me because I didn't pay my payday loans. I am paying Progressive Loan to pay the loans off. Told them this and they got irate. They said that I was being nonchalant about the matter. Called PL and they tried calling the same #: they also got irate with them and ***g up on them.
