They keep calling me, told them I don't give information over the phone.

They are calling requesting our personal billing Pin # for our current energy company provider. They are based in the Albany N.Y. area. Number comes up as Troy N.Y. on caller ID. These people claim they can remove the taxes on delivery charges on gas & electric, a whopping $1.74 a month.  Have to Thank Albany Politicians for this annoyance, they won't stop calling.
