Air Ca***a lost my mother in laws bag that was checked after boarding the plane. It had an ID tag on it. Someone from this number called my MIL and left her a message stating that they had her bag and she had theirs. She did not have a bag as her bag was missing and the descriptions were completely different. The woman stated that she had a reference number but could not read it and would call back. She never did.  When calling this number... it rings once and goes to busy.  Two days later... Air Ca***a said they had the bag and delivered it. The bag they delivered fit the description of the bag that the woman left on voice mail two days earlier.  It appears as though this is a valid phone number. We cannot get calls to go through though.
