This story is all to familiar. She too has scammed us out of $2400 we are working hard at getting it back. She is still posting ads on kijiji and I will continue to flag them as fraud. This woman needs to be stopped!!!!!

Ha Ha.......so the money she pulled out of her purse was someones elses deposit. This lady has to be stopped. Shelly Paul tanner, call the police! Let them know what she is doing, then she can be under survilence and then nabbed!! Not only did she almost make this family homeless, she made my daughter homeless as she was going to stay there when she attended college in Sept.

ok so ruth ann fitzgerald tried to scam us we gave her our deposit of $875 but we searched up he name read all of the comments thatnk you all we set her up good we got all of our money back and threatend to call the cops on her so she gave us al the money i hope a scare like this will help everyone else accociated with ruth ann fitzgerald

This lady needs to be stopped! She has done this to the wrong people this time. We will get our money back one way or another!

She has just done the same thing to me. I gave her a deposit may 15 to move in July 1. She told me 2 days prior to the move that the house had been rented to someone else leaving my 2 children, mother husband and I heart broken. Luckily our house we were moving out of was not given away so we were not left homeless. I have lots more to this story including the fact that the property owners didn't even know about us or the large deposit. She has ad's running on kijiji a***n but using a different E-mail that forwards you to her phone number I keep reporting her ad's as scam to try to help reduce the number of ppl she dose this to.

she did the same to us, family of 8, took $2200. from us, got all but $300 back, if anyone needs help, she does!! if we can help, [email protected]

There are more ppl with complaints about her at the london mom site and 4 complaints listed a***nst her with the BBB.Hope this is helpful info.

I Can't believe I found more people she has scammed, I thought I was the only one. She asked for my first and last month deposit, denied me the apartment and only gave me half of my deposit back. Well shes gone off Kijiji! Thanks to all that helped out but its only a matter of time before she gets a new email address and # so we need ppl to all come together! I've found a cpl ppl but i want to get a whole lot more together to stop this evil woman! She needs to be ***ught to justice and if we all don't do anything about it, she'll keep goin with no consequences. I know I want my $ back!

This lady is taking peoples money and the recent person happens to be a relative of mine! Ruth Ann was renting out to her took her deposit and rented to another couple. She has not given back the deposit money! the sickest thing about this she has a family and kids and to leave them ****ing like that and taking there money is disgusting! This lady is still put ads out there has been reported with the BBB ! so****ing needs to be done NOW this has gone on far too long!
